1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Replacement
At Sukoon Fragrances, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Dubai formulations. If your parcel arrives broken, leaked during courier transit, or if an incorrect fragrance was delivered, you are entitled to a complimentary replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Due to strict personal care and hygiene standards, items requested for standard remorse return must fulfill the following:
- The bottle must be unopened, in its original presentation packaging with cellophane intact.
- All promotional gifts or sample atomizers included in the order must be returned in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (Order Confirmation SMS, Email, or Package Slip) must be provided.
3. Transit Damage or Defective Sprayers
If your flacon atomizer malfunctions or if the glass bottle is damaged upon arrival:
- Take a clear photograph or 5-second unboxing video showing the issue.

- We will arrange a priority reverse courier pickup from your doorstep and immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement flacon at zero cost to you.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our central fulfillment warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:Â Transferred directly to your designated Bank Account, Raast ID, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash wallet.
- Prepaid Card Orders (Visa/Mastercard): Reversed to the originating card (settlement time depends on your issuing bank, typically 5–10 business days).
